Who are We?
MedicalFinals.co.uk is a free website established by a group of junior doctors. Our origins are in Belfast being graduates of The Queen's University of Belfast.
We remember very well that revising for finals exams can be a lonesome and difficult affair. Our aim is to provide resources, both written and practical, to help current students prepare for finals exams. This includes exam advice, multiple choice questions, case vignettes and sample x-rays, along with our established mock OSCE's. These mock OSCE's occur in Belfast each year for free thanks to the very kind assistance of the clinical skills centre at Queen's University.

How did it all happen?
It started in spring of 2002, when Stephen found reading books a troublesome way to revise for clinical final. As it was a practical type exam and with a memory of getting together to revise for 3rd year OSCE's - organising a mock OSCE style exam seemed a good idea. Students could practise examinations, present findings and answer questions with other students acting as patients and examiners in a stress free environment. Initially it seemed a one off idea that wouldn't amount to anything, but Stephen and Ian decided to run it the following year and it seemed popular. It has run every year since. The site is now expanding to include help for written finals and a general resource for medical students.
The site is for you all, so please give us feedback and ideas of what else you would like to see on medicalfinals.co.uk
